Carole,
Thank you, our stay was fabulous. We loved the house, it suited our every need. My husband loved it because he could cook and watch the food tv network and still be close to us at the pool. We also loved the pool table, video game and the dinning room table for jigsaw puzzles. Thanks for helping us have a great spring break.

| Everything, and I mean everything, was perfect at this Cottage. Located in the best part of town, close to everything worth while, extremely private backyard with an amazing pool, very comfortable home with a dream like King size bed in the Master bedroom, excellent service from Carole and her staff (Carole is truly a pro), and the list goes on and on.
My wife and I originally scheduled to stay at the English Country Cottage, but we switched last minute.Based on Caroles recommendation of our needs and we can only say again Thank you At first we wondered if we would be disapointed but after seeing the Wisteria we were soooooo happy.
We will definitely be making this cottage a yearly trip.

Dear Carole
Well by the time I got around to writing my many thanks, my Golden tan has faded but not the glorious memories of beautiful Fleur Cottage. As soon as we arrived and step through the front door, a wonderful calm set upon us. The furnishings are so warm and comfortable and to look out to the backyard with the fabulous pool, the gorgeous flowers and trees was terrific. We had an unbelievably lazy wonderful week in your home, we never wanted to leave, everything we wanted was right there, great BBQ, and all the amenities for great meals to be made and having friends over to enjoy. And of course when visitors left, there was nothing like falling into those super comfy beds, they feel like triple pillow top. We cannot wait to return to Fleur Cottage it was truly the best, really!! Sitting in the backyard with the music playing and looking up at the beautiful blue, blue sky, life could not get much better than that.
Thanks again for allowing my family to enjoy to your warm, beautiful Cottage!

Wisteria's location is fabulous - practically five minutes to anywhere that matters - College of the Desert, our favourite golf courses, The River, grocery and pleasure shopping, and easy to get to from the airport!
Tons of room around the large pool for lounging or quietly reading a book and it was just too easy to spend hours in the pool, soaking up the sun.
Really comfy beds, great linens and new appliances. |

We Truly enjoyed our long weekend at Wisteria. The pool, yard, and patio were very private and we spent most of our time there. The house is really clean, the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment, and we all appreciated the TV's in all 3 of the bedrooms. Very convenient location within walking distance of The River.

| Carole: The house was just beautiful. The pictures on the Website really don't show how pretty it is. Our two teenage girls loved the location, very private and close to Mission Hills so we were able to watch the LPGA event. Hopefully will visit again soon and will certainly call you first for you recommendations. Thanks for all your help! |

We sure enjoyed the "cottage." It was perfect for a bunch of us to lounge around in the afternoon after playing golf.

My tennis buddies and I had a wonderful time, thanks in large part to you, Carole. We could not have dreamed of a better situation! Pool, spa, lots of beds, a "just hangin' out kind of kitchen" and walking distance to the Tennis Center. We'll be talking about it for months! Thank you so much.

Carole,
I just want to thank you for your fabulous "surprise" of the Tuscany Tennis
House last week. We could not have imagined staying in a nicer place.
Like some of the other women said "the bar has been set very high"!
Thank you, thank you, thank you!
If this house is available at the same time next year, during the tennis
tournament, I would love to rent it again. Just let me know what I need to
do to secure it and what the price would be.
It was so convenient having the tennis within walking distance. I also loved
the pool and spa.
I hope you are feeling better and am sorry that we did not get to go out for
dinner. I usually come out to the desert in November or December to play
tennis, so maybe we can get together then.
I am considering purchasing a second home in the desert and would love
picking your brain about this. I hope to retire in about 5 years and not
quite sure what I want. I am always looking for ideas.
Again, thank you SOOOOOOO much and let me know if this house is available
again next year. If so, I will confirm the dates of the tourney and get you
a deposit.

Subject: The Cottage
Just a short note to thank you for the arrangements you we able to make to accommodate us, in our request for a late checkout, and to assist with what I believe was a request for the next renters for an early check in at the ‘Cottage’. Your assistance and that also of Sharon were exemplary in making and completing these arrangements.
Suffice to say, we were delighted with our stay at the ‘Cottage’ and were not in anyway disappointed with what we found on our arrival. I think you know that had that been the case, being an old Scot, I would have made my feelings felt from the outset. The old world charm of the place was just as was to be seen on the web site and how you had described the property during our subsequent phone conversations prior to me making the booking. I know from personal experience that renters need to place a lot of trust in the companies that provide accommodations and we were more than satisfied in every respect. So much so, that we are seriously considering a request for a booking next year. In addition, I shall have no problems recommending your wonderful ‘Cottage’ to some of my friends. They are always on the lookout for something special in the winter warmth of the USA.
Again Carole, many thanks and if your travels take you to my neck of the woods, please try to find the time to come by and enjoy our hospitality as we have shared yours at the ‘Cottage’
