| Just dropping a line to let you know how much we enjoyed Casa Bonito. I washed all the sheets and towels before we left on Sunday. The sheets are folded on the beds and the towels are in the linen closet. I also want to let you know the trash company does not pick up all the trash on trash day. We have been renting houses in Palm Springs for many years, using different rental companies in the area. Your services and company are by far the most enjoyable and efficient to work with. We will always check your website as our first choice when renting Palm Springs rentals. |

This was our second time staying in the Hermosa home and we enjoyed staying there both times. The home is spacious and has all the comforts of home. The pool is a good size with nice floating lounge chairs for relaxing on the water. The landscaping is quite nice making it enjoyable to sit outside and enjoy the great weather. The computer with internet access was a nice surprise on our second stay. I'm a student and this made it quite handy for me to get needed work done while away.
If one is looking for a nice winter get away and doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg, this home is a great value. If you want to walk to town it's a few miles to the heart of town (which we didn't mind), but only takes 5-10 minutes by car. There are two grocery stores, two video stores, McDonald's, STARBUCK'S (in the grocery store)  , and various others. We found all these conveniences to be a big plus for us.
We would gladly stay at this home again on our next visit.

| Fantastic, very clean, homey and warm. We have stayed at other vacation homes but they always felt like "rentals"....the "cottage" felt like we were enjoying someone's private home. A lot of pride of ownership here !!!! Thank you and we are planning for 3 weeks next year !!!! |
