| Carole, Thank you for another successful year in Palm Springs. We've been doing our "Girls Week" in Palm Springs for 7 years now. Trying to please six 30 something women can be a challenge, yet the past two years everyone has loved the properties. The Cottage had all the amenities we could have asked for. We loved the beautifully landscaped yard, lighting nd the hummingbirds that hung out with us daily. The bedding was heavenly and we loved the location. Close to everything. We are already talking about next year. Thanks again for the friendly service, beautiful homes and great advice to the local hot spots around town. We'll see you again next year! Nicole |

It will help us a lot when we get ready to book for next year. I have to say, for us we still like the English Cottage the best. The backyard is so beautiful, the house is very comfortable and it is so quiet!! |

| Dear Carole - We Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at the Cottage It is so Private and quiet. We Did not use the Pool but enjoyed the spa a few times. There was nothing we wanted or needed that wasn't here for us. It was a Perfectly wonderful Vacation and we all hope to return Thank you Agnes Bennett and sisters |

| We've all had those vacations from which you return to "real life" and you need another vacation just to recover. Those are the vacations where you find yourself running around, stressing about this, that and the other and forgetting to enjoy yourself. Such experiences are not Fleur. We brought our entire family -and lived the life of leisure. Between the pool, Jacuzzi and luxurious amenities, we found ourselves dreaming of a move to the desert. | Carole, Thank you for giving us a holiday to remember yet again. We really enjoyed the house & can't wait to come out again very soon. Bob & Val are keen on renting Fleur next year for three months. What kind of rate would they be able to get? If you could give me the total cost w/ the breakdown...deposit, cleaning, pool heat, rent, etc, that would be great. I'm sure they would like to book as soon as possible. Marti Kinson |

| My grandchildren played for hours in the pool and spa. The dining table became their art spot when they exhausted themselves in the pool. It was a wonderful time for them. The house is lovely and spacious which gave us plenty of room to visit. |
